Background

• Mr. Zhuang is a lawyer and business owner. Though a Thai national, he lived in Singapore and the United States for 24 years. After completing his law degree and having clerked as a lawyer in Washington DC, he relocated back to Bangkok, Thailand, where he now resides and work for the past 20 years.
• Mr. Zhuang advised and assisted clients on corporate and commercial matters including, foreign investment planning, corporate structuring, joint venture formations, commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
